According to the report of The Sun website, there is a town named Quairading, Australia in Western Australia. Many farmers live in this town and farming is the only profession of the people here. There is no doctor in the town (Doctor job 4 crore rupees salary). People do not want to come here as doctors because this is a far away area from the cities. People here, 160 kilometers away from the capital Perth, have always had trouble finding a doctor. Last year i.e. in 2023, the contract of General Practitioner was till 14th March, which had ended. But no other doctor was available.

Offers had to be given to appoint a doctor
To attract people for jobs, the salary was kept at Rs 4.8 crore annually and a luxurious 4-room house was also being given to live. But no one wanted to come here just because of the distance. There were about 600 people here who needed a doctor. It was only when salary and house offers were made in January that many people sent applications. While talking to The Sun website, the councilor here had said that after examining many candidates, one was selected.

The councilor had given a statement to many websites that if they do not have a doctor, the medical clinic will be closed and the chemist shops will also be closed, which will cause a lot of inconvenience to the people. According to the Australian Medical Association, more than 10,000 general physicians will be needed in Australia in the next decade. The demand for doctors will increase by 58 percent between 2009 and 2019.
